These terms apply to consumer purchases made through seaharrierprints.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above.
We sell aviation art prints and related products. All items are printed to order.
Each product page describes the item, including its size, paper specification, framing status and any personalisation options.
Prints are supplied unframed unless the product description expressly states otherwise. Frames and decorative items shown in display photographs are not included unless specified.
Images are intended to represent our products accurately. Screen settings may cause slight differences between displayed colours and printed colours. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
Where a product is described as a limited edition, its stated edition limit applies to the edition identified in the listing.
Printing a standard or non-personalised limited edition item to order does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Please check your chosen products, quantities, delivery address and any personalisation details before submitting your order.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted it.
We accept your order when we send an email confirming acceptance or dispatch, whichever occurs first. A contract is formed at that point.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for that order.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is required when placing your order, using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct information. You may choose to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
All items are printed to order. Production times begin on the next working day after your order is accepted and payment is received. For custom prints requiring a proof, production begins on the next working day after you approve the proof.
Our usual production times are:
Standard prints: 3 working days.
Limited Edition prints: 14 working days.
Custom prints: 7 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Production times do not include delivery.
If your order contains items with different production times, we may dispatch them together once all items are ready. Any different arrangements will be confirmed with you.
Once production is complete, UK orders are dispatched using a next-working-day delivery service.
Delivery is expected on the next working day after dispatch, subject to the carrier’s service conditions, delivery location and any applicable exclusions. This is not a guarantee unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery service.
International orders are dispatched after the applicable production period. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the timescales provided by Royal Mail for the selected service.
Customs processing may cause additional delays. Any import duties, local taxes or customs charges payable by the recipient are not included in our prices unless
